Data We Collect

We collect only your email address when you choose to sign in. We do not collect any payment card information directly — payments are handled by DodoPayments, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not collect any personally identifiable information through property valuations; valuation inputs are processed transiently and not stored against your identity without your consent.

Why We Collect It

Your email address is used solely for authentication purposes — to verify your identity and allow you to access your account across sessions. We may use it to send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. magic link sign-in, subscription confirmations). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

How Long We Keep It

Your email address and associated account data are retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, all personal data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate personal data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data and account.
