Step-by-Step Registration Process
Verify property title and encumbrance
Obtain an Encumbrance Certificate (EC) from the Uttarakhand Sub-Registrar Office to confirm the property has no pending mortgages, liens, or legal disputes. This is typically available online through UK Registration.
Draft and review the sale agreement
